1.1 *

It is important for me to acknowledge and fully comprehend that IAC Future Private Limited has made considerable efforts in facilitating the visa application process and complying with all relevant immigration requirements. However, I am aware that the ultimate decision to approve or refuse the visa application lies solely with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Therefore, I acknowledge that IAC Future cannot guarantee the approval of my visa application, as they are not in a position to influence any decision made by the relevant authorities.

1.2 *

I confirm that the IAC Future team has provided me with my file, including all application forms, travel plans, and cover letters, for the purpose of proofreading. I am fully satisfied with the documents provided and am ready to proceed with forwarding my file. I acknowledge that throughout the visa application process, IAC Future has given me ample opportunity to make any necessary changes or amendments to my documents at each stage of the process.

1.3 *

I can confirm that I have not been charged any amount in excess of the service fees mentioned on the official invoice issued by IAC Future. I have also paid the mentioned service fees only to the official bank account of IAC Future. I acknowledge that I have not paid any additional charges or fees to IAC Future other than what was agreed upon in the official invoice.

1.4 *

I acknowledge that prior to submitting my visa application form, I have the opportunity to request a refund of the service fees paid to IAC Future, which will be subject to deduction of GVDs vendor fee. However, I understand that once this consent form is submitted and my application is forwarded to the immigration authorities, I will not be eligible to claim any refund of the services provided by IAC Future. Therefore, I acknowledge that once my application has been submitted to the immigration authorities, I will not be able to request a refund for any services provided by IAC Future

1.5 *

I acknowledge that upon the grant of my visa, it is my sole responsibility to ensure that I comply with the conditions of my visa and that my stay in the country is in accordance with the terms of my visa approval. I am aware that any violation of the terms of my visa, such as an illegal overstay, may result in penalties and legal consequences, which will be my sole responsibility. I understand that IAC Future will not be held liable for any legal consequences or penalties that may be imposed upon me as a result of my non-compliance with the terms of my visa.

1.6 *

I acknowledge that the processing and approval of my visa application is subject to the timeframes and processes determined by the relevant country's immigration authorities. I understand that IAC Future has no influence over the timeframe or outcome of the visa application process, and that any delays or rejections in processing or approval of my visa application are the sole responsibility of the relevant country's immigration authorities. Therefore, I acknowledge that IAC Future will not be held liable for any losses or damages that I may suffer as a result of any delays or rejections in the processing or approval of my visa application by the relevant country's immigration authorities.

1.7 *

I acknowledge that even after providing all necessary compliance and effort towards my visa application, there is a possibility that the relevant immigration authorities may refuse my visa, citing reasons such as the current political instability of Pakistan. I understand that such decisions are beyond the control of IAC Future, and IAC Future cannot be held responsible for any such refusal of my visa application. However, I acknowledge that IAC Future has made all necessary efforts towards my visa application, including facilitating the visa process and meeting the relevant immigration requirements, and I am satisfied with the services provided by IAC Future in this regard.
