This visa facility is for Pakistani Nationals/ Foreign Nationals residing in Pakistan who intend to Skilled Migrate to Australia and meet the eligibility criteria set by the Australian Govt. and Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

IAC Future is maintaining a visa processing centre to receive the application, forward it to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, and communicate the decision about assessments/ EOI / visa approval or rejections.

For PTE Preparation, the Username and Password of the Learning Management System will be issued within 1 to 2 working days, after the fee submission.

I understand that during the preparation of PTE, the server of LMS may get down, and certain technical maintenance will be in process.

It’s the sole responsibility of the applicant to provide all the required and suggested documents which are correct and genuine, on our recommended timeline to avoid delays, resulting in inconveniences.

After the provision of all required documents, IAC Future will file an Expression of interest to the Australian Government in a few days. During the filing of EOI, if the Australian Govt. updates the immigration guidelines, that may result in any inconvenience, IAC Future will not be held responsible for it.

IAC Future offers sincere efforts to bring positive assessments for its clients. But the decision of Australian Assessing Authorities will be considered final and binding.

The decision to approve EOI and visa is the sole decision of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection Australia. The role of IAC Future is limited only to preparing and forwarding the application and not to influencing in any manner. The decision of the Department of Immigration and Border Protection is final and binding.

It is the responsibility of the applicant to pay the following fees to the concerned authorities respectively, as per the number of applicants applying for Australian skilled migration i.e.,

PTE Exam Fee, Australian Assessing Authorities Fee, Australian Embassy Fee, and Bio-metric and medical fee.

” fee i.e. Pre-assessment is free of cost. Any fee charged for Pre-Assessment is against the policy of IAC Future Pvt. Ltd.

Once the IAC Future form is accepted against the IAC Future issued invoice and once Pearson Test of English training credentials are issued, IAC Future admin fees is nonrefundable for whatsoever reason. Considering the 3rd party payments, if paid to IAC Future Pvt. Ltd. by the applicant includes, PTE exam fee, Australian assessing authority fee, and immigration fee (including the embassy, biometric and medical fee) can be claimed considering the fact that it’s not paid to the relevant authorities by IAC Future Pvt. Ltd.

Only the applicant himself/ herself can claim the refund (only those who are mentioned as refundable) after showing the payment evidence. Any other person claiming on behalf of applicant will not be considered and entertained by IAC Future Pvt. Ltd. for refunds.

Approval of a visa does not, in any way, guarantee or give a right to the applicant to enter Australia. It would be subject to the sole discretion of the representative of Immigration at Australia Airport. In case of denial of visa or entry into Australia for whatsoever reason, IAC FUTURE will not be held responsible for any losses, consequential damages, etc.

The visa must be accepted as offered and is not transferable.

IAC Future is not responsible for the losses/damages due to delay in processing/approval of a visa for whatever reason it may be

The visa must be availed during the tenure of the visa and is valid subject to the prevailing rules and regulations and the amended rules of regulations at the time of arrival/departure to/from Australia.

IAC future will not be responsible for the inability of the applicant for not being able to travel due to denied boarding, offloading, cancellation of flight, or any delays or any other circumstances leading to non-utilization of visa.

IAC future will take all reasonable measures to ensure the protection/confidentiality of the personal data/documents provided by the applicant, and will not be responsible for any unauthorized excess by any means to the information.

IAC Future reserves the right to amend, change, or add any terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability and all applicants availing of the facility will be bound by this.

During the handling of visa application processing IAC future shall not be responsible for the loss of any documents including passport. All necessary measures will be taken for the safe custody of all passports/documents. In case of loss, IAC future will provide all the necessary help in the issuance of duplicate/new passports/document
